Stain in the room.

Their rooms are always neat and airy with a huge king bed and fluffy carpet, as for instance. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Dc Mall. The services are AMAZING, including a well-maintained pool.

Great location in the Batu Ampar district with easy access to a supermarket, eateries, cinema, the bridge, and the door portion, as well as the harbourbay ferry terminal. Lovely building and rooms with spacious king-size beds.

The only thing is the room is spacious and its near the ferry terminal.

Friendly staff when we booked online, rooms are well-maintained and come with nice air freshener smell 😊.

I was so disappointed with the services and hotel staffs. They can't understand English would be acceptable but they don't even know how to say "sorry"!! We checked-in at 14:00 hrs but the receptionist told us to wait for the room another 30 minutes, we were fine to wait, told them we are going to wait at the Coffee Shop because the Lobby is very small no place to sit (other guests occupied) and no wi-fi internet (only available in Coffee Shop area), we waited for 30 minutes but no one came to inform us then we went back to the reception again, the same receptionist she was on the phone, she can't remember we were waiting for the room! Once we asked "how's our room?" then she can remember and called to check the room with HK that's why we got the room. Can't imagine if we didn't go to remind her how long we would need to wait? Since stepped to the room, the smell was very nice but once open a drawer next to the bed head on the right side, it was so disappointing I found an empty shoes box of the previous guests (it's like the HK never checked properly). We didn't complain though found another small plastic container near to the bathtub (guessed it was from the previous guest again) because we knew it's just a three-star what are we expecting for? After we rested a while, my girlfriend tried to use telephone to call a local no. but this service must be provided by the staffs then she called Operator, given all the number and waited for a while, no nothing, no one called us back or no telephone rang then she decided to call again (Reception) the staff just took down the number but never called back, at the third time she called to Reception again, this time she requested to get the staff name as the first 2 times never called back, the person who was in the line told her name is "Dui" after she took down the no. my girlfriend asked her to repeat the number but she just hung up and never called back again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. A definite value for money deal given the attractive reasonable prices. They also offer 24 hours room service- it comes in handy when you're feeling hungry, any time during your stay. The hotel staff are warm and polite, willing to offer assistance in answering any questions you have regarding your stay in the hotel, and in Batam. It is also very near to the Harbour Bay port, only a 5 minute walk away. This helped to save a lot o traveling time and fare via cab.

It is too far out from the hustle and bustle of Batam. You would need to prepare a hefty sum if you want to travel around since cabs are the most reliable form of transport there. Not a good choice if you want to explore the different parts of Batam and do water sports. More for business than leisure.

It's near the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and within walking distance of about 5-10 minutes.

They weren't kidding when they said that there are roaches in the room! The first thing I noticed when I stepped into the room were the 10+ roaches that were crawling on the carpet. I had to buy Baygon and spray the carpet. Thankfully they did not return after my initial experience.

The room was well decorated and brand-new, offering a scenic view of the harbor. the modern room design and comfortable beds made my 4-night stay enjoyable.

Clean, good location and price.

The restaurant breakfast buffet is not good. The hotel room did not have coffee and tea for guests to make. The room did not have any safe box.

The hospitality is excellent and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is accessible to other parts of Batam. The location is excellent because its near to the ferry terminal so its so convenient for first time travellers. The complimentary breakfasr is superb and I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends that want to come to Batam in the near future. Most importantly the hotel is affordable and its a good value for money. Looking forward staying here in the future.

Free parking available nearby. the room is nicely decorated and well-appointed, with a view of the pool from the window. - Excellent location close to the harbor bay, where you can find good seafood restaurants and easily access other areas.

The location is good as it's a distance away from cruise centre and shopping centre is a stone throw away. The staff provide good service and attended to our needs promptly.

The first room we got is infected with cockroach and we to request for a new cleaner room. The room is dusty as the mineral water is filled with dust. The room is stench with tobacco smell it would be good if the room is fresh and fragrance before the guest arrives. Electric kettle is not provided and no supply of beverages.
